Alexander Hamilton maintains a broad-based transactional business law and real estate practice. MARK RADOM

Mark Radom focuses on corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, employment, clean-tech, bio-tech and energy transactions with an emphasis on private equity, hedge funds, start-ups, publicly-traded companies in the US and EU listings and greenhouse gas emissions reduction transactions under the auspices of the Kyoto Protocol and in the United States.
