Mark Radom focuses on corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, employment, clean-tech, bio-tech and energy transactions with an emphasis on private equity, hedge funds, start-ups, publicly-traded companies in the US and EU listings and greenhouse gas emissions reduction transactions under the auspices of the Kyoto Protocol and in the United States. Prior to joining the Versant Law Group, Mr. Radom was an attorney at Dewey Ballantine and Fried Frank in London and New York.
Mr. Radom has extensive experience in representing investors, companies raising capital, companies implementing clean energy projects, owners of clean-tech and bio-tech products and technologies, hedge fund formation and operation, companies listing on stock exchanges in the US and the EU, sovereigns in capital market transactions and companies buying or merging with other companies.
