Mark Radom, AttorneyMark Radom focuses on corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, employment, clean-tech, bio-tech and energy transactions with an emphasis on private equity, hedge funds, start-ups, publicly-traded companies in the US and EU listings and greenhouse gas emissions reduction transactions under the auspices of the Kyoto Protocol and in the United States. Prior to joining the Versant Law Group, Mr. Radom was an attorney at Dewey Ballantine and Fried Frank in London and New York.

Mr. Radom has extensive experience in representing investors, companies raising capital, companies implementing clean energy projects, owners of clean-tech and bio-tech products and technologies, hedge fund formation and operation, companies listing on stock exchanges in the US and the EU, sovereigns in capital market transactions and companies buying or merging with other companies.

Mr. Radom’s extensive transactional experience includes, but is not limited to:

  • Representing a number of clean-enegy companies in structuring and implementing renewable energy transactions in the United States, Africa and China
  • Representing a number of corporates in federal and state employment law matters
  • Representing a clean-tech company in connection with the licensing and distribution of the company’s technology in the EU
  • Representing a number of private equity funds and investors in structuring investments and exits
  • Representing a number of investors in secondary market transactions
  • Representing a number of EU-based companies in listings on EU stock exchanges
  • Representing a number of start-up and mature companies in private placements of equity and debt securities
  • Representing a number of bio-tech companies in connection with licensing and distribution of their technology in Asia
  • Represented a number of clean-tech and environmental technology companies in potential acquisitions
  • Represented the Lebanese Republic and other Middle-Eastern sovereigns in the issuance of and buy-back of over $25 billion in eurobonds
  • Represented one of the bidders in Europe’s largest private equity transaction in 2007
